How do I book a photoshoot?You can book a photoshoot by clicking on "Book Online" section at the bottom of the page.

What is a "Look" in a photoshoot?A "Look" refers to different outfit changes during a photoshoot. For example, if you plan to change into 2 different outfits, it would be considered a 2-look shoot.

What is considered a location change?A location change happens when any of the set up (lighting, backdrop) has to be broken down and set back up or if we have to get in a vehicle to go to another location to shoot.

What if I need more time?Depending on availability, additional time will be added at a rate of $150 per hour, even if the full hour is not used.

Do I pick the shoot locations or do you?If you have a location you want to shoot at we can shoot there, if not we can pick a location based of the looks you are shooting.

Do you offer travel services for photoshoots?Yes, we offer travel services for photoshoots. There is a base rate of $75 per hour for driven travel to and from the shoot location. If a hotel or flight is required, it will be included in the cost of the photo service.

What if I want something different that isn't in the standard pricing/packages?We do offer custom packages for those more unique request. Please fill out a contact us form and will contact you to create a custom package for your needs.

What happens to my deposit if I need to reschedule?Deposits are non-refundable. However, deposits can be transferred one time to hold a different date, provided the rescheduling is done at least 2 weeks prior to the current date held.

Can I bring a guest to my photoshoot?Yes, you can bring a guest to your photoshoot. However, please ensure they do not overly disrupt the session. Additionally, they should not be another photographer attempting to take photos during the shoot.

What form of payments do you accept?We accept all forms of payments. If paying with check, images will not be released until payment has been cleared by the bank.

Can I make payments?Yes, you can make payments on your shoot by clicking on the payment option at the bottom of the page. All payments will be deducted from your remaining balance until fully paid.

Do I need to pay a deposit?Yes, all our service require a deposit which can be paid using our online booking tool.

What is the payment process for a photoshoot?When booking your photoshoot, you will pay a deposit during the booking process. The remaining balance will be due at the time of the photoshoot.

How long will it take to get my images back after the shoot?Depending on the post work required for the images, normal turn around time is with in two weeks of the shoot. Weddings, some events, Alter-Ego session, and shoots that require travel, will take more time. Time frames will be added to the contract for such situations.

Will the pictures be edited?Each session includes 3 touched up images per look. We adjust lighting and artistic vision on every image. Additional touch ups can be purchased for $15 - 25 per image depending on the level of editing needed.

How will I receive my images?All usable images will be sent via digital download (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) Thumb drives are available per request at an additional cost.

What if I don't like my images?Although this has never happened to us before, because we take every step to make sure to provided the highest quality of images/service, we will do everything with in reason to make sure you are pleased with your images. If we need to re-edit the images we will, if possible to reshoot the session we will, with no additional fees.
