Built for clients who want intentional imagery with professional direction and high-quality results. STANDARD SINGLE LOCATION SESSION: (Focused / Versatile) Duration: Up to 60 minutes Looks: Up to 2 looks Locations: 1 location Description: This session is ideal for clients who want a professional, guided photoshoot at one location. We focus on maximizing your time by refining posing, expressions, and composition to capture strong, polished images without feeling rushed. Perfect for portraits, seniors, prom, couples, personal branding, and lifestyle sessions. Includes professionally edited images, three retouched images per look, and delivery of all usable final images from the session. SIGNATURE SINGLE LOCATION SESSION: (Creative / Enhanced) Duration: Up to 2 hours Looks: Up to 3 looks Locations: 1 location Description: Designed for clients who want more variety and flexibility while staying at a single location. This session allows additional time for wardrobe changes, creative framing, and intentional adjustments to lighting and direction. Great for clients who want a fuller gallery and multiple looks without the complexity of changing locations. Includes professionally edited images, three retouched images per look, and delivery of all usable final images from the session. ELITE SINGLE LOCATION SESSION: (Premium Experience) Duration: Up to 3 hours Looks: Up to 4 looks Locations: 1 location Description: This session offers a relaxed, immersive experience for clients who want to fully explore a single location. The extended time allows for multiple outfit changes, refined creative direction, and a more editorial approach to your images. Ideal for branding, lifestyle storytelling, and clients who want depth and variety while maintaining a cohesive visual style. Includes professionally edited images, three retouched images per look, and delivery of all usable final images from the session. IMPORTANT NOTES: A “look” refers to an outfit change during the session. Additional time may be added based on availability at a rate of $150 per hour. Partial hours are billed as a full hour. Location changes require a Multiple Location Session.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms and Acknowledgment By booking a session or event with Real Life Images LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • A nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your booking date and time. • Retainers may be transferred to a new date only when rescheduling occurs more than two weeks prior to the scheduled date and is subject to availability. • Cancellations without rescheduling, or cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled date, will result in forfeiture of the retainer. • Final payment is due according to the service booked. Photoshoots are due at the time of the session, events are due upon arrival, and weddings are due twenty four hours prior to the wedding date. • Standard turnaround time is within two weeks. Certain services may require additional time, which will be outlined in your contract. • A look refers to an outfit change during your session. A location change may require additional time or fees. • Additional session time is billed at one hundred fifty dollars per hour and is billed in full hour increments. • Travel time is billed at seventy five dollars per hour when applicable, and any required lodging or airfare will be included in the final quote. • Guests may attend sessions but may not disrupt the shoot. Behind the scenes content using a mobile phone is allowed. Guests may not act as additional photographers. • Raw or unedited image files are not delivered. • Additional retouching may be purchased at a rate of fifteen to twenty five dollars per image, depending on editing needs. • Full terms, usage rights, and liability limitations are outlined in your service contract. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
