Whether capturing genuine family connections, celebrating senior milestones, or documenting unforgettable prom memories, each session is guided with intention, expertise, and an eye for timeless imagery. PERSONAL PORTRAIT SESSION: (Classic / Guided) Duration: Up to 60 minutes Looks: Up to 2 looks Locations: 1 location Description: Personal Portrait Sessions are designed to capture meaningful moments with intention and professionalism. Whether documenting family connections, celebrating senior milestones, or capturing prom memories, each session is guided to ensure natural expressions and polished results. This option is ideal for clients who want a focused, efficient session with professional direction throughout. Includes professionally edited images, three retouched images per look, and delivery of all usable final images from the session. ENHANCED PERSONAL PORTRAIT SESSION: (Most Popular) Duration: Up to 90 minutes Looks: Up to 3 looks Locations: 1 location Description: This session provides additional time for outfit changes, refined posing, and creative flexibility while remaining at a single location. The extended timeframe allows for a more relaxed pace and a broader variety of images. Perfect for families, seniors, or prom clients who want more options and a fuller final gallery. Includes professionally edited images, three retouched images per look, and delivery of all usable final images from the session. SIGNATURE PERSONAL PORTRAIT SESSION: (Premium / Experience) Duration: Up to 3 hours Looks: Up to 4 looks Locations: Up to 2 locations Description: The Signature Personal Portrait Session offers a more immersive experience with additional time, wardrobe changes, and the option for a second location. This session is ideal for clients who want variety, depth, and a more intentional storytelling approach. Great for milestone sessions and clients who want a refined, cohesive gallery with multiple looks and settings. Includes professionally edited images, three retouched images per look, and delivery of all usable final images from the session. IMPORTANT NOTES: A “look” refers to an outfit change during the session. For family sessions, immediate family members are included. Extended family sessions require a custom package. Additional time may be added based on availability at a rate of $150 per hour. Partial hours are billed as a full hour
Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms and Acknowledgment By booking a session or event with Real Life Images LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • A nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your booking date and time. • Retainers may be transferred to a new date only when rescheduling occurs more than two weeks prior to the scheduled date and is subject to availability. • Cancellations without rescheduling, or cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled date, will result in forfeiture of the retainer. • Final payment is due according to the service booked. Photoshoots are due at the time of the session, events are due upon arrival, and weddings are due twenty four hours prior to the wedding date. • Standard turnaround time is within two weeks. Certain services may require additional time, which will be outlined in your contract. • A look refers to an outfit change during your session. A location change may require additional time or fees. • Additional session time is billed at one hundred fifty dollars per hour and is billed in full hour increments. • Travel time is billed at seventy five dollars per hour when applicable, and any required lodging or airfare will be included in the final quote. • Guests may attend sessions but may not disrupt the shoot. Behind the scenes content using a mobile phone is allowed. Guests may not act as additional photographers. • Raw or unedited image files are not delivered. • Additional retouching may be purchased at a rate of fifteen to twenty five dollars per image, depending on editing needs. • Full terms, usage rights, and liability limitations are outlined in your service contract. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
