ESSENTIAL MATERNITY SESSION: (Classic / Intentional) Duration: Up to 60 minutes Looks: 2 look Locations: 1 location Description: This session is designed to capture the beauty and emotion of pregnancy in a relaxed, guided environment. We focus on flattering poses, natural expressions, and thoughtful composition to create timeless maternity portraits. Ideal for expecting mothers who want a simple, elegant session with professional guidance throughout. Includes professionally edited images, three retouched images, and delivery of all usable final images from the session. SIGNATURE MATERNITY SESSION: (Enhanced / Story-Driven) Duration: Up to 3 hours Looks: Up to 3 looks Locations: Up to 2 locations Description: The Maternity Special offers a more immersive experience with additional time for outfit changes, creative direction, and location variety. This session allows for a deeper storytelling approach while still maintaining a calm and supportive pace. Perfect for clients who want a fuller gallery, multiple looks, and a more personalized maternity experience. Includes professionally edited images, three retouched images per look, and delivery of all usable final images from the session. IMPORTANT NOTES: Maternity sessions are typically scheduled between 28–34 weeks for optimal comfort and posing. Additional time may be added based on availability at a rate of $150 per hour. Partners and children may be included unless otherwise discussed in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms and Acknowledgment By booking a session or event with Real Life Images LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • A nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your booking date and time. • Retainers may be transferred to a new date only when rescheduling occurs more than two weeks prior to the scheduled date and is subject to availability. • Cancellations without rescheduling, or cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled date, will result in forfeiture of the retainer. • Final payment is due according to the service booked. Photoshoots are due at the time of the session, events are due upon arrival, and weddings are due twenty four hours prior to the wedding date. • Standard turnaround time is within two weeks. Certain services may require additional time, which will be outlined in your contract. • A look refers to an outfit change during your session. A location change may require additional time or fees. • Additional session time is billed at one hundred fifty dollars per hour and is billed in full hour increments. • Travel time is billed at seventy five dollars per hour when applicable, and any required lodging or airfare will be included in the final quote. • Guests may attend sessions but may not disrupt the shoot. Behind the scenes content using a mobile phone is allowed. Guests may not act as additional photographers. • Raw or unedited image files are not delivered. • Additional retouching may be purchased at a rate of fifteen to twenty five dollars per image, depending on editing needs. • Full terms, usage rights, and liability limitations are outlined in your service contract. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
