This option is built for clients who need it done right all day, no compromises. FULL DAY EXPERIENCE (Premium / White-Glove) Duration: Up to 8 hours Looks: Unlimited within time frame Locations: Multiple locations Description: The Full Day Experience is a fully customized photography experience built around your vision. This option removes time pressure and allows for complete flexibility with wardrobe changes, locations, and creative direction throughout the day. We approach this experience with planning and intention, ensuring each phase of the day flows smoothly while maintaining consistent quality across all images. This is ideal for clients who want comprehensive coverage, a relaxed pace, and the ability to create a diverse and cohesive final gallery. Perfect for branding content days, milestone sessions, special projects, and clients who want a complete, start-to-finish photography experience without watching the clock. Includes full professional coverage, detailed editing, and delivery of all usable final images. Logistics, timing, and expectations are planned in advance to ensure a seamless experience. IMPORTANT NOTES: Full Day Experiences are planned in advance and customized based on the scope of the project. Travel time between locations is included within the scheduled coverage. Additional days or extended coverage may be added based on availability.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms and Acknowledgment By booking a session or event with Real Life Images LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • A nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your booking date and time. • Retainers may be transferred to a new date only when rescheduling occurs more than two weeks prior to the scheduled date and is subject to availability. • Cancellations without rescheduling, or cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled date, will result in forfeiture of the retainer. • Final payment is due according to the service booked. Photoshoots are due at the time of the session, events are due upon arrival, and weddings are due twenty four hours prior to the wedding date. • Standard turnaround time is within two weeks. Certain services may require additional time, which will be outlined in your contract. • A look refers to an outfit change during your session. A location change may require additional time or fees. • Additional session time is billed at one hundred fifty dollars per hour and is billed in full hour increments. • Travel time is billed at seventy five dollars per hour when applicable, and any required lodging or airfare will be included in the final quote. • Guests may attend sessions but may not disrupt the shoot. Behind the scenes content using a mobile phone is allowed. Guests may not act as additional photographers. • Raw or unedited image files are not delivered. • Additional retouching may be purchased at a rate of fifteen to twenty five dollars per image, depending on editing needs. • Full terms, usage rights, and liability limitations are outlined in your service contract. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
