ALTER EGO PHOTO EXPERIENCE Alter Ego sessions are a highly involved, creative process designed to merge two distinct personas into a single final image. ALTER EGO EXPERIENCE: (Concept-Driven / Custom) Duration: Varies by concept Looks: 2 primary personas Locations: Based on concept Description: The Alter Ego Photo Experience is a conceptual portrait session focused on creating one powerful composite image that represents two contrasting sides of the same person. The strongest Alter Ego images are built on contrast. The two personas should be intentional opposites in styling, mood, expression, or story. This is not a standard portrait session. Alter Ego work requires additional planning, direction, and post-production to seamlessly blend two images into one cohesive final piece. Each session begins with a creative discussion to define the concept, wardrobe, and interaction between the two personas. The complexity of the final image is influenced by how the alters interact, overlap, or engage within the composition. Base pricing reflects a foundational Alter Ego concept. Final pricing may be affected by the level of interaction between personas, wardrobe complexity, location requirements, and post-production involved. Includes guided creative direction, professional photography, advanced composite editing, and delivery of the final Alter Ego image. Additional images or expanded concepts may be discussed as custom options. Booking Process Notice: Selecting “Book Now” will begin an initial consultation request. Alter Ego sessions require creative planning and concept approval before a session is confirmed. Final booking, pricing, and scheduling will be completed after the consultation. IMPORTANT NOTES : Alter Ego sessions require creative planning and collaboration prior to the shoot. Final image delivery timelines vary due to the level of composite editing required. Additional concepts, interactions, or revisions may affect final pricing and turnaround time. Alter Ego sessions are best suited for clients who are open to creative direction and conceptual storytelling.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms and Acknowledgment By booking a session or event with Real Life Images LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • A nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your booking date and time. • Retainers may be transferred to a new date only when rescheduling occurs more than two weeks prior to the scheduled date and is subject to availability. • Cancellations without rescheduling, or cancellations made within two weeks of the scheduled date, will result in forfeiture of the retainer. • Final payment is due according to the service booked. Photoshoots are due at the time of the session, events are due upon arrival, and weddings are due twenty four hours prior to the wedding date. • Standard turnaround time is within two weeks. Certain services may require additional time, which will be outlined in your contract. • A look refers to an outfit change during your session. A location change may require additional time or fees. • Additional session time is billed at one hundred fifty dollars per hour and is billed in full hour increments. • Travel time is billed at seventy five dollars per hour when applicable, and any required lodging or airfare will be included in the final quote. • Guests may attend sessions but may not disrupt the shoot. Behind the scenes content using a mobile phone is allowed. Guests may not act as additional photographers. • Raw or unedited image files are not delivered. • Additional retouching may be purchased at a rate of fifteen to twenty five dollars per image, depending on editing needs. • Full terms, usage rights, and liability limitations are outlined in your service contract. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
